Great for library circulation staff
I am a supervisor at an academic law library, and I have used this tape as a supplement to my training of student workers, and I love it! It is brief - only 18 minutes - and affordable! It makes a great addition to teaching your workers what appropriate customer service really is.

While video included some good customer service principles and specific examples, it was a bit out dated. Was useful for dicussion with groups.
