Peggy N. Kerley is a litigation paralegal, working with the law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges, and a former paralegal instructor at Southeastern Paralegal Institute, in Dallas, Texas. She has more than 45 years of legal experience. Ms. Kerley received her undergraduate degree in political economy from the University of Texas at Dallas, and her paralegal certificate from the University of Oklahoma. She is also the author of another paralegal text, Employment Law for the Paralegal.

For my summer's course in this area, the book at the school's bookstore was almost double for what I paid here at Amazon. This product was shipped immediately, and although used, was in excellent condition when I received it. This edition of West Thomson Learning, however was different from the one of the school's book, but it is the exact same book. I would highly recommend checking with Amazon first before paying full price elsewhere.
