The elements discussed are, long term attending skills (staying focused on a task), self-initiating skills, thinking skills, and creativity. About the Author
Dr.Hartjen, who holds a Ph.D. in educational research, currently lives in East Hampton, New York, where he directs a nonprofit corporation. His professional involvement in education spans more than three decades. At various times a teacher, consultant, lecturer, headmaster, entrepreneur, and researcher, his interests in progressive forms of learning has been a dominant force throughout his adult career.
