This book was a powerful catalyst as I dealt with the personal issues that plagued me as I developed my first company. The book posed questions which addressed my fears and lack of clarity about a path. The book forced me to look deeply at issues in my life that might get in the way of a bold journey... like starting my own business. The book offers exercises that get to the core of one's ideas and shape them into a vision... then help the visionary in understanding the importance of execution -- one step at a time.
