I listened to these tapes while on a solo road trip and found them to be full of wisdom and comfort. Many facets of empowerment are covered. The speakers seem to address a variety of issues that are appropriate for any age. I especially enjoyed Louis Hay and Susan Jeffers. There comments are so true of many women today. Highly recommended for getting your head straight!

This is an awesome collection of speakers. The only reason it got a 4/5 stars is because some of the speakers showed slides, that we (obviously) couldn't see and they were not explained so we could understand what was on them. Well worth a listen or two!

This 4-cd set was fantastic, wonderful, hilarious, inspiring...I couldn't get enough. I've already shared it with several women I know. Even though it was recorded over 10 years ago, everything was relevant even today.

Great set of 4 women with great messages. Would make a nice gift to any women, regardless of age, status...Good stuff!

Buy a copy. Listen. Then pass it on to every woman you know. This is the kind of information each young woman should have but requires a lifetime of experience to gain the insight.

The reason I say that? This is the kind of empowerment not available to many of the Baby Boomers. Our young girls are fortunate to learn about their options and empowerment from these well respected women, especially Louise Hay. Especially helpful are some of the health insights as they relate to emotional well beings. Give it a shot.

I would have liked to have known the collection was made in a audience atmosphere. Too much echo comments from the audience as the speakers spoke. I personally would love to get a refund or a credit. This was the first time buying and most likely my last.

This CD was a Christmas gift to my daughter. I have listened to a similar CD and loved it. This is somewhat different because one of the original presenters is not on this particular CD.
