A Clear Voice is heard again, October 16, 2000
This review is from: Empty Old Mailbox (Audio CD)
Don Rigsby again showes us his clear vision of how American roots music is supposed to sound. Listen to his voice on this album as it reaches new heights in his approach to song.

Great Sound, November 22, 2006
This review is from: Empty Old Mailbox (Audio CD)
This was my introduction to Don Rigsby and the start of my collection of CDs by him. Don's music is the clean clear sound that is becoming harder and harder to find in the pack of Nashville crossovers. Rigsby maintains the music and identifies with the past while moving tradition forward without losing anything. The result is a wonderful mix that is a unique Bluegrass, Ol' Time, American Roots or whatever you wish to call this sound. Empty Old Mail Box is a great song. Poor Little Rich Man, If I'd Had a Mother Like You and Dust to Dust showcase the talents producing an enjoyable experience.
