Loved this book,
By Sarcastro (Baltimore, MD United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Empty Window (Hardcover)
In second grade, my teacher read the first chapter of this book aloud to us. I liked it so much, I got it at the library and finished it over the next couple of days. Like Sadako and the Thousand Paper Cranes, this book presents the concept of death, particularly the death of a peer, in a child-appropriae way. This story has stayed with me for over 25 years.
