I enjoyed seeing her in concert. When I listen to the audio CD of the concert I can visualize her singing. (I have the DVD of the concert as well.) She is lively. She responds to and with the crowd. Her voice is heavenly. I'm looking forward to her next CD and hope to some day see her at a live concert.
Get the DVD, and the CD will bring back visions of her beauty.

Great companion set of this wonderful French pop star! Although my initial buy was of the $15.99 "En Concert" that showed track listing and image of the DVD (which was what I was hoping for - the DVD), I received this audio CD instead. I've heard some folks have had success getting the DVD via the $15.99 "En Concert". I asked customer service to confirm the DVD and they replied that it was also the audio CD of "En Concert", even though the ASIN are different. Go figure (it's probably which ever rep happens to work your order). So, I myself will be buying the DVD off Amazon.fr (Amazon France).

If you are one of those Amercians who recently discovered French pop star Alizee than you will love this live album! Her number one single "Moi Lolita" delivers and her true talents shine through on this album. Many liken her to Britney Spears, especially because she supposedly lip synchs on random European variety shows, but I can tell you that she sounds great live and in no way is she like Britney Spears-and I mean that in the nicest way possible. Popular singles like "J'en ai marre", "Lui ou toi", and "Amelie m'a dit" are all great to hear live and I only wish that Amazon sold the En Concert DVD!

IMO live music is never as good as the studio mixed. I shouldn't have bought this.

Alizee is incredible! Not only beautiful but a fantastic voice. The range of songs is amazing. This album is well worth buying at the incredible prices at Amazon.

Buyer Beware. The DVD of this concert is in European PAL standards. North America has NTSC standards. I buy quite a few European DVDs so I, long ago, purchased a universal DVD player. Very good concert footage. It gives the average American a taste of a European concert without the crowding or nine-hour trans-Atlantic flight. Sound quality was very good. A few skips in the video but only noticeable on the slower settings. Her best music is on this DVD.

I am looking for a Concert in DVD of Alizée, were and how I can find it?

I love the two studio albums released by Alizee so far and gave them highest reviews, but I cannot help passing a harsh judgment on this live record. Honestly, I do not know who sounds worse. From my experience, probably Britney Spears, but that is also because Britney's music sucks. Rememeber Cameron Diaz trying to sing karaoke in My Best Friend's Wedding? Get a hint before you buy this live concert recording from Alizee.
It is very unfortunate that one of the best selling female French singers of this century, a protegee of Mylene Farmer herself, the girl who sounds very nice in the studio (of course, I know, anything can be done to a voice in a studio) can deliver her otherwise great material in such an uninspired and weak fashion. She simply cannot carry a song all the way through, even audience's singing along or back-up singers do not help. And that is considering this is mostly a vocal concert, not a costume-decorations-dancers type of show like Mylene Farmer or Madonna would put out (I mentioned these two divas as an example, as they are not the greatest vocalists in the business but manage to sound very adequate even with much dancing involved in their live performances). As far as instrumental parts, all songs appear with pretty much original arrangements, with some longer intros to the biggest hits like Moi...Lolita, but that does not save the show.
So I do not know what was wrong with the girl during this concert, but the result is very disappointing, to my opinion; it hurt my ears while I gave the whole disc a chance without skipping to the next song. I doubt I will give it another chance :(
