Con impactantes escenas del oeste de Puerto Rico, recomiendo con mucho orgullo este video de kickboxing latino porque motiva, enseña y produce resultados. Veamos algunos de los muchos elementos sobresalientes que lo destacan: *todo movimiento es explicado claramente para la seguridad de la ejecución del mismo, *el humor y la motivación se manifiestan de principio a fin, *la energía física; tanto como la espiritual, dejan una huella imborrable en todo aquel que lo practique... Soy diabética tipo 2 y y he mantenido me condición bajo control al ejecutarlo, llevar mi dieta y tomar mis medicamentos. Comunidad Boricua, Hispana and American community, too: ¡Cómprenlo!,¡Háganlo!, ¡Aprovéchenlo!...No les quepa la menor duda de que definitivamente, ¡se acordarán de mí! ¡SE LOS ASEGURO! / AMERICA: Buy it!, Do it, Take advantage of this video! I'm in the Air Force and oviously need to workout vigorously everyday. This video is helping me achieve feel my best ever. I am in the best shape, can workout longer, etc thanks to this GREAT video. Don't take my word for it, TRY IT......

It's a great video. Very well developed and with a lot of energy to motivate and keep you moving the body. Also, the surroundings and environment is just like Paradise... Everybody should have this video!

There's no other word to start taking about this new video. It's just SO inspiring, fun, motivating, beautifully made .... Its not in english, when i read all the reviews i said sounds good, im always looking for a new kickboxing tape, but no one said it was in spanish, well this was a challange for me, but after a few times watching it i got it down, but overall its a good workout,

If you love kickboxing and would like something different, this is the video for you. This not your average Tae Bo or other boring kickboxing videos.....most of them are just the same....this is FUN, CHALLENGING, AND FULL OF ENERGY. It's a great cardio workout and it works your entire body. I have only good things to say about this video. You got to have it!

Words lack the full power to describe the effect of and the feelings portrayed in this video!! One more time, Susan and her team, have produced a technically flawless video that reaches all levels. The instruction technique, which, needless to say, is excellent, coupled to the magnificent scenery of this beautiful Island have created a third video that completes a great series. There have to be more videos in the works, right guys? We are left waiting for more. Keep up the good work.

This is a must see video! A very complete kickboxing video with all the flavor, music and Latin rhythm everyone loves. The sessions are easy to follow but powerful and intense. You can't stop kicking, punching, sweating and even yelling. I recommend this video to everyone. Latin or not you can't miss this. It's the best way to get a great workout at home.
