Delightful!
I actually thought I was buying the original Winnie the Pooh story, but instead it is a delightful book filled with page after page of cool pictures and hands on things to feel, read, or play with. it's ok
i thought this was a winnie-the-pooh story book, but it is basically the story behind the writing. it's good for what it is, but it's not what i expected.

I realized while watching "As Time Goes By" with Judi Dench that I had not read Winnie the Pooh either as a child. I loved this book for an overview of A.A.Milne and where he got some of his ideas and how he got started. It has pop-ups and hidden panels to slide which also makes it a fun book. After I read this I ordered the Complete Winnie the Pooh for all the stories in one volume. Glad I read through this first. Wonderful gift for a child or the young at heart.

We bought this book for our 2 year old grandaughter who is a Pooh fan already. She loves the pictures and enjoys hearing the stories over and over.
