While this product is pricey, the quality, the design, and the functionality makes it true bargain. This is not bling for the kitchen, but rather a seriously built, functional shelf. We have 12 All Clads hanging from it, with the book shelf completely full. It is meant to be attached to wall studs, if you do not install correctly, it will be a disaster waiting to happen.
