I bought this item to give me more cabinet space. I liked the idea of having a small display shelf since I was removing a picture and replacing it with this pot rack. It arrived in good condition. I bought a 1/2 inch drill bit needed for the Snaptoggler assembly. As soon as I drilled those holes, I was worried the pot rack would not go up and I would have to patch 2 big holes. Well, my first attempts did not work, the snaptoggles broke, and Enclume does not include any extras. I had to call the company for replacement parts. The customer service lady was NOT nice, she was condescending. So 10 days later, I received replacement parts and they were not the right parts. She sent me parts for another pot rack. Yes they were the same letter on the diagram, but my letter referred to the Snaptoggler. So I had to call back and she was rude again. I finally got the right parts after 3 weeks, and could take the picture down that was covering up the 1/2 inch holes. I was worried about using the togglers again, because they are made of flimsy plastic. These ones went in fine and I could anchor the shelf to the wall. It only took like 15 minutes to accomplish, and was easy.

Helpful advice that I can offer is to make sure that you completely scoop out any insulation or debris behind your wall after drilling the 1/2 inch holes. This really does ensure the togglers adhere properly to the drywall. I used my fingers and a screw driver to clear behind my wall. The togglers inserted fine and were strong. It is now a nice addition to my small kitchen.

I liked this because it was narrow and not terribly wide, but provided enough space to hang about 8 pots and pans on. It is very sturdy and it looks nice. A decent buy for the money.
