Young children go with Kermit and the Muppet Babies in the Toyland train where they find activities presenting shapes, body parts, colors, animals and dress-up. The graphics are bright, colorful and plentiful, but are unfortunately designed with very little depth or interactivity. In the shapes activity, for instance, the circles, squares and rectangles are simply named as children click. Even at the higher levels, kids still can't drag shapes into place-- every single move is controlled by Kermit. The same problem is found in the dress up game in which children can only click on the clothing items. Excessive talking by the characters seriously infringes on the experience, and open-ended options that might hold the kids are absent. Children can't even pick their own colors in the coloring book activity and aside from fill, other art tools are absent. The five levels underestimate children's abilities. Parents had trouble getting testers to play after the first time through, and told us that the program was just too limited to warrant a purchase.
