This DVD game came with Dracula 3 (which I biought at the same time) as a bonus disc so I did not have to open it. I played the games using the free one that I got. The review is the same as the one I gave for Dracula 3. "How wrong can someone go when the price is so cheap and the game gives you hours of fun and challenge. Even though it is an older game the graphics are great and the story line moves along to tell the story."

Dracula 1 & 2 are a necessary pair. Drac 1 is Ok and a good lead-in to Drac 2. Drac 2 has the meat of the story and the better all-around game play. I'm a sucker for adventure role playing games and this one is definitely OK

Dracula I

This is an adventure game, involving solving puzzles to progress the plot.

I found the 3-D perspective made me feel ill, as I turned around and around trying to look at everything in case there was something important. I'd much rather the screens be static like Myst.

The game had a feeling of being cheaply made. The characters left much to be desired. Dialogue felt awkward as it transitioned out of play mode to a video clip and then back. I like much better games that the dialogue is just part of playing.

Mostly I gave the low rating because the game made me feel very annoyed and antsy. I wasn't scared, I was just frustrated with moving through the game environments, and searching the enormous sections for clues. It felt like a game targeted towards 10 year olds, but with a difficulty level at adult. The parts combined in a really annoying way for me.

Dracula II

Didn't even try it after my experience with the first.

This is an awesome PC game with killer graphics. Any real gamer would like this one.
