I already LOVE the original Diner Dash but I'd have to say this is even more addictive because you do more and can really screw up the orders which makes it that much harder than just clicking around like in the original Diner Dash games. If you like Diner Dash or any of those Cooking games, I highly highly suggest this game. There is an hour demo on PlayFirst if anyone wants to check it out before they purchase. I doubt you'll be disappointed though =]

This game is very fun and addicting. For all of you Diner Dash fans, this game is a little more challenging. It is just like Diner Dash only this time you are cooking the food with the help of grandmother, who only makes the sandwiches by the way. You get a boatload of customers that you have to please or else. You won't be disappointed with this if you liked Diner Dash.

Another Good One in this series,

I first became a fan of the Dash games with Wedding Dash. I loved Wedding Dash and Wedding Dash 2, as well as Diner Dash, Hometown Hero. The original Diner Dash was good, but not as great, and The Ready, Aim, Love Wedding Dash was only about 3-star fun for me. I offer those opinions to give you a gauge about your own experience with those titles, and having said that, I love Cooking Dash. The first 3 rounds are really too slow with tutorials, but then it picks up and it offers a lot of interesting challenges.A basic overview: in early rounds, you have a fryer and a stove, a smoothie machine, and another middle station (it serves salads, subs, pizza, cheeseburgers, and various options at different levels). So very early on, there are quite a few things to manage. As you progress, you have to manage more details, like ketchup, sauces, multiple snacks, desserts, and ice cream, on top of the other basic stations. Things that are similar to Diner Dash: you can attend to color seating, you still get chaining bonuses, you have to drop off checks and clean up dishes, and there are comic-book-style stories in between restaurant rounds. You also get to purchase upgrades--about half are decorative and the others are functional (faster fryer, coffee machine to calm impatient guests, and so on). This game is less dependent on personality types than some of the other Diner Dash games, but eating speed and impatience of particular guests is still a factor. For me, this game keeps the best elements of previous versions. It's highly addictive, and lots of fun!
