A demo of Fate originally came on my computer, and ever since then I was hooked (I finally caved in for $10 and bought the full version).
I have now run the game on XP, Mac OS 10.6, and Vista ALL successfully (though on mac, you lose in-game purple text highlights).

What's included in the purchase:
A jewel case with the CD of the game 'Fate' (not the sequel) inside.

About the Game:
You are sent on a quest to rid the town of an evil villain. Throughout the game, you complete different quests gaining new strengths along the way. Once your final quest is complete, you can continue to play on indefinitely (I stopped at level 50, and assume it goes on forever)

Excellent game, Feels like it gets a little crazy at times and your dog companion can't help take the load off your character.

I would recommended it even if your looking to kill some time, thats why I got it and ended up wanting to play more then I had expected

Graphics are nothing special and the game play does get repetitive as you do similar quests going further in the dungeon.

Good game for the price.

Buy Fate: Undiscovered Realms.

This is a good game much like World OF Warcraft but no internet connection needed. It is a single person game. Easy to learn and hours of fun to play..

This product doesn't seem to work on my main computer but does ok on my daughters lap top. Each time I try to bring it up it looks like it will start then goes away.

Hours of exciting fun. Strategy is needed and will keep you coming back for more. My grandchildren love it and enjoy the challenges.

The first copy I got wasn't read by my Toshiba laptop, and I thought the disk was blank. When I returned it, the second one wasn't any different. I then loaded it onto my nephew's XP Dell with no trouble. It's too bad, because I was really looking forward to playing it. :(

Ok it is the same as fate 1 i got it on the 12 of febuary.so if you got this idem dont expect any thing new. ok

When i tried the game free it seemed fun, so i decided to buy it. But after playing it for two days, and reaching level 20 it got absolutely boring. This game may be okay for a pre-teen kid, its all hack and slash and mild violence, no blood and gore. The game is so repetative and boring. New armor and weapons gives it some goals, but I wasn't impressed. Neverwinter Nights and even Baldur's Gate was more fun than this game.

Don't waste your money on this game or the sequel. Unfortunately I bought both.
