I also bought this disk after seeing the VH-1 special, and I'm hungry for more! Great disc, great songs, great musician. Can't beat the price either!

I bought this very inexpensive CD after watching a Rick Springfield special on VH-1. It is now 4 weeks later & this CD has not left my player. Every song makes you sing along with the music blasting. Two thumbs up - way up.

If you are a Rick Springfield fan old or new you cannot help but love every song on this album! Infact it prompted me to upgrade my collection of cassette tapes to all CD's!

For a cost of under $10 I hate to call this great music cheesy at all. I'm sure there are many who would though. From the start with Rick's huge hit Jessie's Girl to the following tunes like I've Done Everything For You (Written by Sammy Hagar) Rick is great on most of the songs. My favorites other than those I've already mentioned are Love Somebody(Sounds similar to Eddie Money) and Affair Of The Heart(Sounds a bit like Survivor). Take A Hand and Souls are also so fantastic. Sure this music might not be able to be found anywhere but online but that doesn't matter to me. It is simple; just point click and buy.

I was pleasantly surprised. It was not what I expected. It is much better than the pop songs (Jessy's Girl) that he is known for. I give him more credit for being a very good rock performer than I thought he deserved. I would definitely recommend this CD.

You'll do your own encore with Rick when you play this CD - playing it over and over and over again. Makes you want to be at a Rick concert (so fantastic if you've never been) and have him do 10 encores. Great titel - great tape - great guy
