There is so much I could say about this product. I have suffered from ED for five years, and had no success with erection medication. My Wife and I were OVERJOYED that I had an erection the very first time I tried the device. Guy's All I can tell you is to try it, You will love it!!

I can't understand those who say this product doesn't work. Only weeks after prostate surgery I was able to have intercourse because of this pump. It was recommended by the doctor who did the surgery. Both my wife and I are grateful for the Encore pump. I haven't compared it with others on the market, but I can't see how anyone could be better.

great shipping, complete product, specific instructions, however it did not work out well, even using the guard that comes with the unit, it was painful and at one point actually managed to suck up one of my testicles, which was not exactly a pleasant experience. Product performed and worked just as it probably should, just not for me. It was also kinda bulky and complicated to assemble, reassemble, lubricate, attache this, remove that, etc. etc. not a smooth operation. It may work really well for some, you will know right away however, if it is for u. Also there was a residual pain in my penis, not serious, just not a good experience, even after following the instructions to train for a few days to renew the circulation. Hurt every time, sorry to say. Like I said, I cant fault the product, well made, sturdy,complete and no malfunctions, just a shame it did not do it for me.

For me this product worked as advertised. I've only used the electric pump, haven't felt the need to try the manual pump. It is a bit cumbersome to use and it does take a few tries to figure out how to keep the best results but it is all well worth it. I wish the ring could be kept on longer than 30 minutes. Need to stock up on the water based lubricant.

The vacuum tube is made out of cheap plastic that cracks and breaks with little use. The pump head has already given out and draws no vacuum. This product may well cost $2.00 to make and passed on as a medical device with a large price tag, It's junk.

The pump is easy to use, as advertised. However, you should be aware that if you circumference is wide, you may need to get the extra large tube given that the inside diameter of the regular tube may be to narrow and interfere with the engorgement action of the pump due to friction with the tube's walls. It's also important to choose the smallest ring size to keep the blood trapped in the erection or it will go down rather quickly.

I noticed that the erection effect produced is not as the natural action that I had before (it is smaller), but it suffices.

When the product arrived used the battery operated part one time and the second time it failed to work even with new batteries. Manual pump work four times before the pressure release button broke. Called the company and they informed me they would send two new parts. Waiting on them now.

I have tried many times with my ED problem. This product did not help me. It's major disappointment. It does not stimulate the excitement of genital, and also it does not help someone pump more blood into gentials area. It just sucks (pulling your genital, not sucks more blood into this location). It just does not work.

This product was a major disappointment. Even after receiving a new part this unit was not impressive at all. Waste of money!!
