I had an old Print Shop that created low resolution PDF's. Bit the bullet and bought this one because customer support said the PDF's created would be high resolution and yes, that is true. However, PDF creator did not work properly and everytime I tried to create a PDF- the program froze and then the computer froze. Tried customer service, still waiting for a response- [...]. even though the fix is for a "printmaster pdf problem" I figured how much more broken could my PDF creator be- so I took a chance- followed the instructions and VICTORY! I can now use this pricy program for the only reason I bought it- to create high resolution PDF's from Printshop files. So if you are having problems (I am using Windows Vista 64 bit) getting the PDF feature to work- dixiegirl_10 and her fixya solution may be your answer. So for ratings- 0 stars (to Broderbund)for not providing an online solution for a known issue- but 5 stars to dixiegirl_10.

Had an earlier version but this one includes many nice new features. Keep finding more things that improve it. Only enhancement would be a save as in Photo Editor or at least more intuitive as to where it is saving image.

It has trouble with windows framework 1.1 on VIST 64 bit version. I e-mailed the company that I was taking it off my computer because it did not work right. I have used other versions on other Windows and they worked fine. When I got the new computer with Windows Vista I updated to PS 23 as it was advertised here on AMAZON as compatable BUT IT DOES NOT WORK right after you finally figure out a way to load it and all the warnings are done. This was my experence on my HP computer Vista 64bit version. I am removeing it.

I have been a graphic designer since 1998 and I find the ease of using Print Shop products makes my tasks not only uncomplicated but also pleasing. The familiar Product Picker guides you through your choices and always gives you the option of creating from scratch. With the addition of The Logo Creator I was amazed at the potentials for creating client-pleasing graphics! I have used both CS Adobe products and CorelDraw and the learning curve is very discouraging (and I possess two master degrees!)

I bought this product solely for the ability to import my old Parsons Address Book .ab2 files and run that great program in Vista & Windows 7 AND IT WORKED! No thanks to Bob Parsons who was of no help since he sold the code to Broderbund and is too busy with GoDaddy to be bothered with old loyal customers. It was well worth the 25 bucks just to revive the address book program (now referred to as Ultimate Mail Manager).

I have been a fan of print shop for some time. For printing at home it is a very simple program to use and has a lot of good graphics. The Pro Publisher version claimed it was a business version and would produce professional PDF files. However, it's PDF files are inferior and not ready to print. Text is low resolution, files need to be flattened in Photoshop and then text and photos get messed up. Now, I need to redo the brocure lay out in Photoshop, the very thing I was trying to avoid. While Print Shop is simple and intuitive, Photoshop is overly complicated and will send you scrambling for the manual on every other key stroke, ah well. If you need print ready business forms don't waste your money on print shop, but I will still use it for quick, print at home projects.

I often use this program (version 22) as a great "Idea starter" and then output to more advanced editors like photoshop or Corel. Text editing and object manipulation is much easier with this program and believe it or not it looks much more professional than what can be done from scratch in those programs. The only gripe I have is that they have a large library of vector images that cannot be output as vector. Copy and paste give a scraggly result for the vector lettering, but does work. I wish it allowed one to save as .psd in layers or .cdr in vector or .wmf. Stupid that the information is available, but lost in the conversion.

I started this program with Printshop 11 or 12. It used to give me lots of problems...

This latest one appears somewhat better. I still have a couple of problems to be ironed out. Like, everytime i"m working with it, a window shows up saying I must go to the internet - while I am in the internet!

But, all in all, I'm happy.

I have used Print shop since version 15 for years so am used to it. I needed a Windows Vista version to continue it's use for my art work mainly so ordered this at a most favorable price. It works great for my needs of creating notes and cards using my own paintings and artwork as my subject content. The graphics in the program are nice too for creating greeting cards quickly and making them personal.

I've always used The Print Shop and have also kept up with its upgrades. I am very pleased with this version. Most importantly, it works seamlessly with vista and the 64 bit OS on my laptop. In fact, it doesn't even lock up like version 20.
