A great CD of modern salsa to discover! It breaks with the Salsa tradition of the 1980s and 1990s with fresh and dynamic orchestrations. Try la "Murga de Panama", (a real contrast with a Willie Colon's earlier version) "Lagrimas" and "Ya no regreso"

I like all the versions of for this love,I really apreciate the old fania type of salsa on Papo y Robertito, great danzable song along with la murga de panama,I wished there was was a 12 min version on both of these ,other new version of old songs also were enjoyable,.
whoever buys this cd won't be disapointed.

Any true latin music enthusiast would enjoy, appreciate and almost certainly praise this work. Every track had a great hook and I found myself humming tunes long after having a listen. I enjoyed the flexibility of having to listen to the power boleros then switch gears to even more straight-forward danceable tunes. To top it off, the musical and lyrical arrangements for each of the tracks were top notch. Papo and Rober didn't dissapoint. Possibly a modern classic? I think so.

Las unicas dos canciones que valen la pena son la murga de panama, y lagrimas, que es una version nueva. Las demas, la verdad es que no. Un muy olvidable disco.

This cd from Reberto Blades is the first cd I got from him. My mom bought it for my brithday in 2001 I think. This cd is double fanstic. Reberto Blades sings with a good voice and his orquesta plays very nice in the back round. I think Reberto Blades is cool. I speak mimnal spansish but I understand a lot so there are words that I know in english. I can also can read in spanish and write in spanish. But enough about me just bye the cd Now!!!! This cd is gold. You will not be dissapointed with it. Thank you.
