I have a heart problem and I am diabetic, therefore, I take a lot of medication that has resulted in "Erectile Dysfunction" or what is commonly known as ED. My doctors have prescribed all the pills such as Viagra, Levitra, and Cialis. While these work to a lesser degree--and they are very expensive--the "Encore Deluxe Vacuum Erection Device" has worked every time and cost less than six (6) Viagra tablets.

The device is very quick and easy to use. Using this device means I am no longer frustrated by not maintaining an erection and my wife has commented that my erection is as firm as when we first married. Obviously, she is pleased and that in itself is worth the cost of the device.

I surely recommend the device to anyone.

Encore Deluxe Vacuum Erection Device Battery and Manual Got my (our) device this afternoon and for the first time in years had an erection worth calling one, Twice!! Very simple instructions, great illustrative video. My wife's smile is as big as mine tonight. Look forward to lots of happy times. Highly recommend this product.

Device was shipped fast. Very well made and works great, however the blood vessels in my penis were so large I immediately removed the ring. My doctor could not comment whether it is safe or not.

This device is to assist those male persons with ED. Basically, it works by placing one of the rubber rings around the end of the device, then placing the pump device over the penis. The pump creates a vacuum which draws blood into the penis tissue to create an erection. Once the maximum erection is achieved, the outer cylinder of the pump slides to release the rubber ring onto the base of the penis to hold the blood in the engorged tissue for up to 30 minutes.

There is mild discomfort once the rubber ring is applied to the base of the engorged penis. There is no sponteneity using such a device. In my experience, the degree of erection might be described as about 50% but better than 0%. In some cases, it is necessary to use a drug like Viagra with this device to stimulate blood flow to the genitals.

Conclusion: it is not a panacea but could be considered an aid for those afflicted by ED.

This is my first pump and item works OK. MedSuperStore is a POOR supplier since they post MISLEADING images that show a battery-operated head along with the manual pump. This is FALSE and they engage in bait-N-switch strategy to try and FOOL buyers. NOT very good!

This medical device was not what I expected so it was returned for credit with an Return Authoization no.
