Trevor Legget was a world renowned Judo Instructor. He was also a man with an outstandng intellect and wisdom. This will be evident to the reader who takes the time to read and examine the contents critcally.

In spite of it being a relatively short book, I learn someting new every time I read it. I also getter an improved understanding and a greater respect for the author.
