Great little book!
Excellent little book filled with wonderful stories. Great resource for leaders and anyone wanting to create better realtionships. I purchased three for gifts. Another terrific book and blessing from John Maxwell.

Not bad
Helpful and inspiring. Short passages that takes two minutes to read. Not same format or as good as his other punishinngs. Defiantly check out his other books

What a beautiful and inspiring little book. The illustrations alone were worth the price of the book and it is packed with timeless quotes, scriptures, and short but meaningful stories that illustrate the value of offering and receiving encouragement. Pretty, and valuable, enough to display on any desk or book case.

This book is short but contains a lot of powerful quotations. It makes readers think in a positive way and have energy to go through a rough time. Another nice thing is the beautiful arrangement of the pictures and texts in the book.
