A great book with a wide variety of games. Different energy levels and age groups listed.

This is a wonderful book! It is very Bible-book based, which is great, but it also has some other games based on other Biblical and Christian topics. I wish there were a few other options, as we are currently studying things about Jesus and who He was... but for a Sunday School class, this would be a wonderful help! It's also a nice basis to go from to create your own ideas!

The book is handily indexed by subject matter and the ideas are excellent. A good resource for anyone teaching children's ministry.

Great book. Each game is named realtive to the Bible passage shown with the excellent instructions, so it makes teaching a passage and keeping the idea in the children's mind while having fun. It annotates the energy level with each game as well as providing a listing of items needed. Even has post-game discussion questions. Such a wonderful help to me!

This book is amazing, it has ton of great games to go with just about any lesson you may have. A must get for any type of children's ministry.

This book was sold as used but was in very good condition and came in the mail in just a few days.

My students in VBS and Sunday School loved nearly every game that I've used in this book. The games are categorized by topic or by Bible story for easy reference and labeled 'high energy' to 'quiet game' to help identify when a particular game might be most appropriate. The games are easily modifiable for any age group, including special needs. I've also used modified versions of these games outside children's ministry. I recommend this be on the shelf of ANYONE who works with children!

I have several Children's Ministry Game books that have biblical based games. This is the one I find the best and most pertinent games for children's ministry. Like another reviewer stated, the games are handily indexed, making it easy to find just the right game to suit your lesson. Excellent resource for children's ministry!

This book is a great resource for our children's ministry. It lays everything out very clearly and even offers discussion questions linking the game to the story. The only negative thing I have to say is that sometimes the game and the lesson objectives are a bit of a stretch. Other than that, it's great! There are a variety of games like high energy, low energy, silent games, and ice breaker games.
