5.0 out of 5 stars Great for beginners and my mom loved it too, February 23, 2007
This review is from: The Encyclopedia Of Crochet Techniques: A Step-by-Step Guide to Creating Unique Fashions and Accessories (Hardcover)
I'm pretty new to crochet, but found this really useful to get to understand things about crochet projects I was trying to make from magazines. My mom is a bit of a crochet expert, and reckons she has learned a few things from this book too, so there you go, two satisfied customers for the price of one!

I am teaching myself to crochet and this book has been a great help. It has not only helped me with the different stitches but it has helped me to better understand how to read patterns.

5.0 out of 5 stars Definitely the best crocheting guide available!, August 5, 2007
This review is from: The Encyclopedia Of Crochet Techniques: A Step-by-Step Guide to Creating Unique Fashions and Accessories (Hardcover)
As a beginning crocheter, I looked at many crocheting books. Most of them were disappointing. Not this book. This is definitely the best book available and I would highly recommend it. The drawings, photographs and explanations are clear, understandable and correct.
