i am very happy to see this book. 1 book it tells the good and bad in meat and other animal product. 2 it tells of different food and their healing usage. 3 book it's all about cooking the right food for everyone's need. i love it!

I READ THIS BOOK (ONE BOOK) IN A DOCTORS OFFICE. IT WAS GOOD & COMPLETE IN THE ONE BOOK. i DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY IT IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN THREE BOOK ENCYCLOPEDIA AT A COSTLY PRICE! WARREN SMITH
