About the Author

Peter Henshaw has for many years been a full time journalist specializing in cars and motorcycles. His many trips to the United States and the rest of the world have led to a further accumulation of knowledge on the subject, which has enabled him to write this wonderful, comprehensive book. Peter has also written The Encyclopedia of Cars and The Encyclopedia of the Harley Davidson (Lorenz Books). --This text refers to an out of print or unavailable edition of this title.

uptodate and comprehensive. Nothing of this mass escapes withour quibble, but there is so much information that is new even to those of us with years in the field that this is a must have. if photos and text were rated seperately, I would go for 5 stars on the text and a click or two less on the photos.
