Excellent Compendium for Resource Use and Learning Magic,
By BibliophilePagan (Michigan, USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Encyclopedia of Natural Magic (Paperback)
This book is set up with a brief description of what Natural magic is followed by an encyclopedia section describing the associations, mythology, and uses of several natural ingredients. One of the neatest features of the book is that it has a last section, called the "Natural Magic Workbook". It briefly describes how to make many useful things, such as potions, soaps, satchets, and more. The book is also written from a non-denominational standpoint, leaving room for someone of virtually any spiritual path to make use of it. Overall, the book was well-written, well-organized, and is a highly recommended addition to anyone's magical library.

I really enjoyed the information presented in this book ... Not only is the information presented on each herb well, I liked the information presented in the back of the book the most ... Information on how to make your own talimans and also a small primer on herbal alchemy.
Overall, a pretty good read! Much Love & Many Blessings, Thorn Nightwind

This book is an overview. It is just more of the same beginning stuff, The book starts to tell about what you can make and then stops short of actually providing detailed information how to do it or provide resources to follow up with resources. This book qualified for my "To be sold box."
