The success of Appreciative Inquiry comes from the positive questions you ask. Cooperrider and his team have brought the application of AI to your finger tips. This book is a must have for all facilitators using AI to improve their organization.

Very helpful to me in my work as a coach and OD practioner. It's small size makes it possible for me to keep it tucked in my computer case for quick reference just before a session.
