Completely Indespenable Addition to your Library, February 24, 2005
This review is from: Encyclopedia of Psychological Astrology (Paperback)
A Completely Indespenable Addtion to your Occult / Astrological Library . From A to Z it goes through every possible facet of ones behavior, skills and it even covers diseases and breaks it down into certain groups within the planets/houses/zodiac. Time and time again I will use this to reference peculiar behavior patterns within certain aspects of the zodiac.
Example 1:
Cowardice:
Cowardice is due to a lack of Mars ray and a preponderance of Moon or Saturn Or Both, badly placed. Moral Coawardice is chiefly due to a badly placed Sun or Saturn, where as these planets are strongly locatedstregthen the moral standards of the native. Its is probable to that most cowards, or those that aquire that name, have a predominance of mutable signs. He goes on to give an eample of a person thereof .
Example 2:
Critical Powers (or Faultfinding) :
Critical powers are commonly found in Virgo , which instinctively seeks to analyse and sift. Often this sign displays to critical a nature for its own happiness or popularity; andwhere the malefics are prominently placed but weak, there is often in evidencea distinctly carping and fussy tendancy, unable to resist universal fault-finding. Tendancies not altogether different are often found, however, Uranus is prominent but afflicting, and where there is a strong Scorpio element: both planet and sign are liable to feel ill-used or ill-appreciated, and then give way to bitter and savage feelings towards others. This, however, is an emotional rather than mental phenomenon, and therefore can hardly be called criticality. In literary critics we oftern find, besides Virgo, that the sings Libra (Comparison), Scorpio (Irony), and Sagittarius (Satire) are prominent.
