I bought the CD "Encyclopedia Britannica Profiles: U.S.Presidents" from Dagwood Books through Amazon. I could not install it. When I tried to install it, a message came up that I needed to go to the Britannica link and download an additional program in order to be able to install the CD. As instructed, I went to the Britannica link and downloaded the recommended program. Then I still couldn't install it; in fact, it was worse: I couldn't even get the CD installation program to open. I had had this problem with another Britannica CD (but the 2009 Britannica CD installed easily - so, perhaps, Britannica has improved). I returned the CD but got only a partial refund. Dagwood tried telling me that it had an old computer and was able to install the CD; well, I have a new computer and thus should have been able to install it, but the CD message itself said that I couldn't install it without downloading another program - which didn't help. I had to pay for the shipping back, and got only a partial refund. I will NOT buy from Dagwood again. I will NOT buy an old Britannica program again. I will have 2nd, 3rd, and 4th thoughts about ordering any thing through Amazon again.
