The author shows an understanding of the many problems confronting the condor and writes in an easy-to-read, well-organized format. Students and adults will find this a compelling story. School libraries will find this book to be a valuable resource for science and conservation classes. The reader will be left with the desire to follow the future of the condor with interest.
