First time I heard this song was in the movie Traffic. Few songs are able to invoke such a wide range of emotions depending on the context it's used in. What really makes the song brilliant, aside from the masterful layering of sounds and vocals, is how few tones and elements Eno used to compose the song. Brilliant.
