This review is from: Ending the Depression Cycle: A Step-by-Step Guide for Preventing Relapse (Paperback)
I found this book helpful it covers several aspects of depression from what it is to how to prevent relapse. There is also a section on medications and how to pick a therapist. This book is not a comprehensive treatise on depression and associated cognitive problems it is more for the person who is looking for help in understanding their depression and other associated conditions.
The book is easy to understand, the questions in the workbook help the reader to see their thought process more clearly and then gives suggestions on ways to improve their thinking habits. This workbook can be a useful addition when seeing a therapist and taking medications for depression.

Extremely comprehensible and easy to read, it also explores different concept such as "flow" which can really have a long-term impact on patients' quality of life.
