Neurosurgery Views through the Operative Endoscope,
By
This review is from: Endoscopic Anatomy for Neurosurgery (Hardcover)
This textbook is a monumental achievement in microsurgical endoscopic anatomy of the brain and its cisterns. It is a great reference for the neurosurgeon using the operative endoscope in the OR. The book can be used to plan, review anatomy, refer to in the OR during complex cases, and more. Axel Perneczky has written several great atlases on the minimal invasive approaches to the brain. As endoscopy is used more frequently in the future, we will need more detailed atlases on cisternal anatomy and operative approaches.
