Tried and true tape,

This review is from: Endura Sports Tape - 3 Rolls - Tube (Misc.)
For over four years my husband has been relying on this tape to assist in a collapsing arch and alignment issues with his foot for long runs. I use it as well. This tape does the job - well. Following the application instructions from our physical therapists from years ago, this tape lasts and lasts and lasts. It easily withstands a brutal 100 mile running event and will stay on for several days, if given the opportunity. However, we use a spray adhesive prior to putting this tape on. Given the placement - on the foot - which is prone to excessive sweat, the spray adhesive combined with the super sticky adhesive of this tape does the trick. The only problems we have encountered is that when the tape gets exposed to hot conditions or starts getting old the tape begins sticking to itself, badly. But, that's to be expected from any high quality adhesive.
Overall, this is a high quality tape that provides awesome support. Just what the doctor ordered!

I have been unable to find the good old Mcconnell tape, so I decided to try Endura Sports tape. I have found that it does not hold well against movement, loosens quickly into any session or activity. If you add sweat, which every athlete does, the stick is gone immediately. I have preped the skin prior to taping without success as well.
