I used this server for grated Parmesan cheese. It worked great, was well balanced and it looked great.
It actually became a discussion item and a 'must have' for our dinner guests.

I have lusted after this item since I saw it on the Food Newwork years ago. Now I have it. Lust satisfied! It is just like Alton's, just like the picture. Keeps the salt clean and dry, and the little spoon (which Alton doesn't use) is more sanitary than using fingers. Love it.

Handy little dish I use for Kosher salt -would also be great for sugar, cheese whatever you could dream up. Great buy!!!
