I have the previous version -5K. It works for me almost 5 years without any problems.
Although it has 4 programs only (include manual), but, most of time, I do not use any program except manual. It is good for daily workout, just jump in and start it. Don't even think about which "special function" you have to use. When something going wrong, the life time warranty is a big plus. I asked for silicon lubrication, they gave me one for free!! Very good customer service, I did not have to wait for a long time for someone to pickup the service phone, they answer the call right away!!
It is a simple, easy, and durable treadmill which is good for most of common people.
