This review is from: Enemmez Mini Enema (Health and Beauty)
This is the sole product I have used for
12 years daily. As a C5/C6 (neck area) spinal cord injury man now 66 yrs old, the nerves "down there" don't talk. I can go wee-wee, but use Eneemez to fire up #2. T'ain't cheap but it works. I do not like buying from VitalyMedical, so Amazon is fine for a product critical to my health. Five stars.

Lifesaver for my daughter,
By a buyer (Maryland) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Enemmez Mini Enema (Health and Beauty)
My daughter was constipated from a very young age, due to developmental differences. We tried glycerine enemas (the most gentle) but they were ineffective. Years ago we used some enemas that made her cry, they must have hurt her. But when we found Therevac, we finally had something that worked but didn't hurt. When Therevac went away we switched to Enemeez, which has the same active ingredient. She has used them every other day for years. They don't seem to have any side effects (but my daughter is not verbal, so I can't say for sure). They work consistently. We never worried that she would become dependent on them, since she started out dependent on them before we even used them.
Other things that have helped were replacing the Pediasure in her diet with real food. Ground blueberries are especially good. When she was only tube fed, Metamucil or other "soluble" fiber could go through the tube and helped also. We like Enemeez very much. The only thing that was better about the Therevac was that they were in gelatin tubes, which you could flush. But they weren't as easy to open as the Enemeez are. |
