5.0 out of 5 stars This CD is off the charts!
Damnnnn, C-BO comming out sicker than ever. This CD must be one of the greatest hardcore or even West Coast CD's ever. Tell me, what other rapper got jailed because of his lyrics? C-BO is the only one I know. He even disses MP and the No Limit click in the "Spray Yourself" hit. Every song on this album is crazyyy. When I got the CD I couldn't stop playing...

I especially like the song "Ride till we die" feturing WC. There is also "It's War," "Crippin'" with Daz, and "Forever Thuggi" with Dotty. Damn, if i had to list my favorite songs from this CD I'd have to list them all. All I can say is you'll get your money's worth with this CD. You can't go wrong with C-BO.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great CD by C-Bo, November 24, 2004

C-Bo returns, again, with another CD a year later and his first on Warlock since he left AWOL. Definitelty one of his best 2 or 3 albums to date. The production through the whole album is great (mostly handled by Mike Mosely, Rick Rock, and Mike Dean). Has a few classic tracks and features some big names but no to many people are on it like most of his stuff. Has about 4 songs I skip toward the end but the rest are tight as hell. If it didn't slack off at the end it would be one of the best rap albums ever. Get this CD you won't be disappointed - he even takes a few shots at Master P.

4.0 out of 5 stars sicc, October 5, 2001

c-bo is straight laced with game. if you have ver heard any C-Bo in the past and liked it, then be sure to pick this one up, you wont be dissapointed. It's Gangsta. It's Sicc. C-Bo's last album before this one (the final chapter) was kinda [boring], but now he's off AWOL and on West Coast Mafia so you know this one will be sicc.

5.0 out of 5 stars C-Bo's finest album, July 2, 2003
By A Customer
This review is from: Enemy of the State (Audio CD)
This is by far C-Bo's best album. My favorite track on the album has to be "Death Rider's". This song is a definite classic. This album is awesome and has a nice West Coast feel. Go get that, you dig.

5.0 out of 5 stars wtf, September 21, 2002

only 9 peeps reviewed this.. what's wrong with you people.. this cd is a classic.. from the beginin' to the end.. cd starts of with enemy of the state track which pretty much explains his situation.. the production on the song is ill.. godda love how the news reports were blended in with the song.. next song is crippin' with daz and i'm disapointed to say that daz came of better than c-bo on this one.. the song is hot but i think c-bo could have came of better.. f..k, i dont' feel like reviewin every song so i'm a just mention some of my favorites..... the two songs with mobb figgaz are definitely hot, and the other song where he features only ap9 from mobb figgaz is ill as well.. godda love the song with WC.. two of the original west coast mobbstaz together on a tracks.. it's just plain ill.. the 'spray yourself' diss to mp with yukmouth and spice 1 on chours is bangin.. listen to taht track before you go fight somebody.. guaranteed to break some heads.. 'get your money' is ill too.. this was the single i believe, although there are better songs on the album than this one.. the only song i did not like that much is the one with cj mac, and even that song had some good parts.. :) get the cd.. Pc!

5.0 out of 5 stars C-BO'S AT IT AGAIN, August 2, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: Enemy of the State (Audio CD)
This is one of the hardest CD'S I've ever heard on the real. All the beats are tight and the lyrics can't be [messed] with. C-BO is still the hardest rapper to come out of Sac, and Kali period. Buy this [record] if you haven't already and feel what I'm talkin' 'bout. I'm out.

P.S. It's Bay Area love 'till the day I die. Repping VALLEJO all day, know about it.

5.0 out of 5 stars C-Bo's best, November 1, 2006
This review is from: Enemy of the State (Audio CD)
Standout tracks: ENEMY OF THE STATE, CRIPPIN, DEATH RIDERS, PAPER MADE, GET THE MONEY, ITS WAR(Yuk takes shots at Master P), SPRAY YOURSELF(Yuk and C-bo chop Master P down to size on this one), RIDE TILL WE DIE, FOREVER THUGGIN, NOTHIN OVER MY GZ, BORN KILLAZ, HERE WE COME BOY(great last song)etc. Filler: No retreat no surrender. Bottom Line: C-bo made Till my casket drops(which was good too) a distant memory with this album. I cant find one song I dont like because you can tell he put a lot of effort into this one. The collaborations are tight, the production is unforgettable and the hooks and lyrics are as sharp as they have ever been. This is another one of those good albums that you've never heard.

4.0 out of 5 stars C-BO is back, September 14, 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: Enemy of the State (Audio CD)
On his last album I wasn't really impressed with the quality of his work. Yet, on this album I was impressed with the turn around. I actually found myself turning up the volume to share the art with others around me, while checking the rear view mirror for police. This is some of c-bo's best work, and I hope that there is more to come.
