There is nothing else like it!
Sensitive to wheat & yeast? Lots of folks are and don't know it. Our family has been off both for seven years (much better health, lost 30 lbs too) and this bread is the only thing we can consistently rely upon not to cause any reaction. And it is shelf stable, so even if our store doesn't stock it, ordering it online is quite manageable in bulk. Taste? Well it isn't...

Edible but not delicious
I've tasted worse things but I would not buy this again. Dull flavor. Does not satisfy bread craving for the gluten free.

And it is shelf stable, so even if our store doesn't stock it, ordering it online is quite manageable in bulk. Taste? Well it isn't a bagette in in the sun on the Cote d'Azur, but few things are. Well toasted, with butter, jelly, or in a sandwich - great. (Especially when compared to air - also gluten and yeast free.)
