This is one of my favorite books on the subject of the human energy dynamic. Written in simple, straightforward language, it takes some really complex ideas and brings them all together so that the information can be directly used on a daily basis.
I have had this book for several years; my copy is really dog-eared. I use it often. I am a fan of the work of Donna Eden and Iona Marsaa Teegarden and the work of all three I keep with me. This book is a prime piece in my collection. It's a keeper.
