Poor packaging!!
The batteries showed up in a regular white envelope with no padding which resulted in one of the two packages being damaged. Per instructions and prior to this review, I sent a note to Image International - All Watch Parts about the damaged product but never received a response so I'm giving this company a big fat 'F' for customer service. There's nothing about these batteries that makes me believe they are counterfeit, I'm not an expert or even knowledgeable but they do seem to be genuine and they work.

The batteries showed up in good time and look to be factory batteries but having half of them damaged isn't acceptable.
