    I received the battery I purchased in packaging that was like new, however, the battery didn't hold a charge at all and had to be returned. The policy of this vendor is that they don't take back defective items so I had to return it to the manufacturer and I still haven't received the replacement (several weeks now).

    It's great. I could not find one in area stores, so I was very pleased to find it for sale on Amazon. It arrived in only a couple of days with no problems.
