I can't really say this is anything special but a battery that ships from Amazon that replaces several cordless phone batteries. At the time of purchase this was about $6.50 from Amazon, while other batteries ran about $12.00 with shipping. The one thing I couldn't find anywhere though was what batteries this replaced. Here is a copy of the back of the package listing the batteries this replaces.

I needed a replacement battery for one of our cordless phones, and dreaded having to find one because they always seem to be too pricey. Sure enough, the first few I found were $15-20, which is almost as much as I paid for the phone I needed the battery for. I was thrilled to find this battery on Amazon for such a great price, and a recognizable and reliable brand as well. It has worked flawlessly thus far in our Uniden Model EXI976 cordless phone.

This is the 2nd time I have purchased this product. Easy, uninstall and install. The first battery pack lasted almost 3 years. It is nice to buy a hassle-free product that actually works. Great value from Amazon too.

The Amazon.com price was way lower than we could buy locally, and it fits our old phone. It works great, so what more can you ask for?

Previously I have bought the cheaper plain white replacement which only lasted about 6 months and I hope this Energizer will last longer.

Even at Wally Mart replacement batteries are nearly $20...more than some new cordless phones. Great price with a trusted name. I'm putting this one away for a later date. I actually "modified" my phone to accept some Li-ion rechargable batteries I already had while I was waiting for delivery of this product. For the money it is not worth sending back.

I bought this replacement battery for my Uniden phone that couldn't keep a charge. I thought the phone was gone... but this battery kept it running like a new one.

Amazon pricing is terrific. This product would have set me back almost $14 at my local battery store. It's a commodity so who can question a price less than half of that with free shipping and no tax. It's a no brainer.

When I ordered this I was specifically looking for a nickle cadmium battery. That is what the picture said. However, what was sent was nickle metal hydride. I actually did this twice. The first time I returned them and called customer service. They had me order again and I still got the wrong item. I am giving up.

I plugged in this new battery pack and it worked! Is this a product from beyond our times?
