Wow, what a fantastic book. I love the cartoon style. No slim models here! Packed with information on Chinese medicine. The exercises are easy to do and I actually look forward to my fifteen minute routine. I found the acupressure points useful - especially for my headaches.

It is fun and some of the drawings made me laugh out loud.
