After reading about this product in Laird Hamilton's book. (Force of Nature)I decided to give this a try. This product is great, you will feel a change in your energy level the first time you take it and it also gave me an overall sense of wellness. I also made a glass of it for my mother and she called me a couple hours later that day to tell me she could notice a difference in her energy.

I love Catie's Greens. I'm not a vegetarian or health food freak, but I need help with getting my energy up. When I'm drinking this every morning, I am full of energy and feel great. Then I'll slack off for a month, and notice that I'm getting tired easily again......So I'm back on Catie's Greens once again!
Oh, and it tastes great! Not sure how she does it, but all the other "green" drinks I've tried make me gag. This one I actually enjoy!

I dont always eat right even after being a vegetarian for the past couple of years. By adding this simple measure I really have felt more energized and on top of my busy day to day life.
