This really blew me away. I understand so much more about the energy vibrations & why I used to feel so scrambled. Doing the exercises taught in these tapes made an incredible difference in my life. This should be taught to every child so they can grow up healthy, strong & protected. And every adult needs this to release stress & feel the flow of pure energy. It shows lots of different exercises for all types of ailments. If you already sense subtle energies, you will truly be amazed. If not, keep an open mind, practice & hang in there, it's worth it.

This stand alone video compliments the book very well! I have the book and followed along watching the video, making notes!! Easy to follow demonstrations and instructions on how to get your energy flowing. I had a phenomenal amount of energy by the time I finished watching this video and following along.

The exercises are simple and the results are refreshing and invigorating! The daily routine she suggests is a wonderful way to start the day, and I found I could do most of it before getting out of bed! This is truely a video for all ages. Everyone can benefit from practicing "Energy Medicine"!

This lady is a good teacher; and she shows you pretty quick how to increase your own energy levels and energy adjustments in others. Highly recommended - just ordered the book so I can have the charts.

I have tremendously enjoyed not only watching these videos but practicing techniques with a friend and on my own as I went along. I think everyone should at least watch these videos once, just to become aware of what "scrambled" energy does and how the speakers's/teacher's/or therapist's own scrambled energy affects the recipient (just one more proof that the problems that kids may experience in school may originate with the teacher and not with the kid) and how easy it is to create almost instant changes with few "energy" moves.

I highly recommend these videos!

Donna Eden is great to watch. She has so much energy and fun doing this work. I like the way she shows you how you can do energy work on yourself and not have to depend on another person to work on you. She has very good tools to give you. These tapes are worth every penny.

So many very valuable info tightly packed in these videos. She looks so sincere in her work. Videos are made very amateurish and low quality ,but if you overlook that and concentrate on the work, it is very useful.

I would like all her videos in DVD format. Video format are just outdated now and that stops me from purchasing her other videos.
I believe she is the best in her field.

i have read alot of energy books,but nothing comes close to the book donna eden has published. so is with the video,energy that you can feel right where and when you watch it.although i would like if she whold of add some energy explanation in depth, its still number 1
