If you are reading the book, Energy Medicine, this DVD set is a great companion to it. It reviews many of the basic techniques and watching Donna Eden is an enegy booster all its own. I have several sets of her DVD's and each is worth watching over and over again because so much information is provided.

I hesitated buying these dvds because i already own the book. However, these dvds really do add to the text. While there are no new exercises included, donna does add useful tips and insightful information throughout the "class" which i have not found within the book. As well, there is something about watching the exercises preformed live that really speaks to me... i remember so much more and appreciate so much more after watching the material, rather than only reading it.

Donna Eden has succeeded in writing a book and making DVDs that tie the world of Energy Medicine together for the common man. Her presentation is easy to follow and principles that are complicated and hard to follow in other media are simplified through her presentations. This stuff should be part of every school system curriculum. Children enjoy learning these techniques and they benefit from the balancing of their Energy Systems. Donna has been given a wonderful gift and she is passing it on to us. If I could only buy one Energy Medicine DVD, it would be this one. This one deserves 10 Stars!!!
