I loved Tony Robbins' original "Personal Power" series from twenty years ago, but since then everything has been a re-hash of that original information. The "The Edge" series can be purchased as a set for two hundred dollars, or in separate CDs such as this one for eighteen dollars a piece. Please don't make the mistake I did, by buying the complete set and then thinking these small packages were going to be different. They aren't, and everything is being returned.

Tony talks, in a frighteningly hoarse voice, about colon cleansing (which he recommends), drinking plenty of water, and drinking his own "green drink" product. Everything else is rhetorical filler. His cure-of-the-week is to balance the acidity and alkalinity of your body. This information is already beginning to get old, and there are dozens of great books on the subject out there. Tony simply glosses over the subject and hawks his "green drink."

There is simply nothing new here. And for someone in optimum health, the listener can't help but notice that Tony's voice is annoying to listen to . . . sounding very much like someone with nodes on his larynx. If you know anything about acidity and alkalinity, you can avoid these CDs altogether and make your own green drink.

3.0 out of 5 stars Interesting, but not new, July 25, 2007
This review is from: Energy for Life (DVD)
Its a good overview of Tony's view on Alkalinity and its effects. But there's not much else in the program and almost nothing new from his earlier products. However its a good (and fairly inexpensive) intro on Tony's material on wellness in general
